Members who have served Winters for a long time and has shown the willingness to help, train, and sacrifice themselves for the better of Winters are promoted to Veteran Members. Longtime serving members are promoted to Veteran Members. Members are the bulk and powerhouse of the FLC, they are the core of the Powerplay group and they have access to different sheets to help them organise and coordinate with their fellows in Winters. Recruits benefit from not having to worry about the complex Spreadsheet works in the background and focus on learning the Powerplay mechanics, once their understanding of Powerplay has risen above the basics they become members. Once on the server and after some paperwork and background check the applicant becomes a recruit. Political and organisational structure Recruits Offshoots of the FLC exist in terms of separate servers for explorers, traders and miners. The group accept all forms of play-styles, although mainly known as a hauling power, FLC has a considerable Undermining (Combat) department and a very active BGS department.

The FLC is one of the two members of the Federal United Command (FUC) it conduct most of its planing and execution of plans on their Discord server.
